Customer Service Representative / Data Entry

We are looking for a competent full time Customer Service Rep to perform various data entry and clerical tasks to support our offices. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping.

The person will work with our inside Sales Team and be involved with, but not limited to the following duties:

  • Assisting Customers
  • Checking Sales Orders for Accuracy
  • Order Processing
  • Web Lead Processing
  • Word Processing
  • Excel Spreadsheets
  • General clerical duties

Experience in most or all of the above is a must. The person must have a positive work attitude and “go the extra mile” to accomplish assigned tasks.
