Customer Service Representative – Call Center

Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday (Potential for full-time), First Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $15-$17/hr

Location: Tampa, Florida (EAST)

Experience: 6+ months

Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements to include:

• Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional manner
• Product and service knowledge
• Providing customers with product and service information on order to resolve customer concerns and complaints
• Providing follow up calls to customers when necessary
• Researching information using multiple resources and route call to the appropriate resource
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) needed as a Customer Service

Representative

• Strong computer skills including data entry/typing
• Willingness to submit to a background check and/or drug test
