Job Description: Drivers will complete home-deliveries of fresh produce and floral
arrangements.
Aloha Hospitality Professionals is looking for motivated, energetic, individuals to join our
Delivery Driver team! Delivery Drivers will be responsible for timely delivery of goods to
predetermined customers on a specific route, ensuring orders are correct prior to delivery, and
providing a truly exceptional delivery experience for every customer, every time. If you are

Pay:
• Base pay rate $15/hour plus tips and bonuses
Responsibilities:
• Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes in a timely manner
• Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher through SMS
• Unload deliveries according to customer specifications
• Follow social distancing guidelines and use PPE, hand sanitizers, and
disinfecting wipes at all times
• Follow up with dispatch on any customer concerns
• Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
• Manage your own timesheet (Clocking in and out)
Requirements:
• Valid USA Driver’s License
• Personal auto policy must have limits insured up to $100k/$300k/$50k
o See below for more information on insurance requirements
Bodily Injury Limits (must be at or above these dollar amounts):
$100k/each person
$300k/each accident
Property damage (must be at or above this dollar amount):
$50k/each accident
• Personal Vehicle w/ all up to date tags, registration, etc
• Vehicle exterior must be presentable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude
• Must be able to troubleshoot
• All black uniform (No Logos) = (All black shirt, all black shorts/pants) *Shoes
may be any color
*If you need to increase your insurance in order to accept this position, AHP will reimburse a
portion ($10/month for the next 3 months) of the increase in premium. Please provide proper
documentation.
