Hospice RN / Registered Nurse

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of patients and families
• Complete on average 3-5 visits per day
• Schedule your visits closest to home and start from home
• Willingness to commute a 50-60-mile radius from office location if needed

Requirements:

• Licensed RN in the state of Texas
• One (1) year experience as a RN
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.

Hours for this Position:

• Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
